Return Eligibility

The product must be in the exact same condition as it was shipped — unused, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories.
Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may be denied for return.

Important:
If a product is returned within the 3-day return period but does not meet the condition criteria above, Swiss Watch Guys reserves the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you.

Refunds
